HOW DO I ORDER?
Log into your MySpace profile, click 'Shop' and select your favorite scene kid merch. Add to cart, click 'Wear It To Warped Tour' and hit 'Checkout'.
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
Because these are "Print on Demand" items. Every item is made especially for you after you place your order, production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping. Once your order ships, delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Where are your products made?
Our products are printed and shipped through trusted Printify production partners located in multiple countries. Your order is routed to the closest available print provider whenever possible to help reduce shipping time.
Are your designs original?
Yes! Every design is created or commissioned specifically for Orphan Tears Merch. Many collections are inspired by horror, alternative fashion, wrestling culture, emo and scene aesthetics, nostalgia, Summerween, and pop culture, while maintaining our own creative identity.
ARE THERE RETURNS?
We don't do returns. If the shirt doesn't fit, you're on your own. We don't accept returns for the emotionally unstable.
Since each item is custom made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer's remorse, or accidental orders.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll do our best to make it right.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! International shipping is available to many countries. Shipping times and costs vary based on destination.
Will the print look exactly like the mockup?
We do our best to accurately represent every design. Because different monitors and mobile screens display colors differently, slight color variations may occur. Placement and sizing may also vary slightly between garments due to the printing process.
